Laat year I purchased a Solovox R8 HD sat. receiver through AliExpress.
Unfortunately, this receiver does not accept more than 5 cccam lines at a time.
Can you please help me (instruct me) on how to put 7 cccam lines which I recently bought through AliExpress.

Hello Jeronimo, you can directly get the Portugal channel list for V8S from our Download page, the TP PROG can be directly applied to your SOLOVOX R8.
I bought a Solovox R8,when I connected it and scanned the channels it was okay, but when I try to tune into a scrambled channel, it froze. It has been in that state for a month now. What do I do?

The SOLOVOX R8 supports soft Dolby which can not be decoded AC3 channels. Actually, it seems that AC3 channels are not much, and we have not received feedback about AC channels. And is there much AC3 channels in your country?

yes, mainly the HD of satellite 81W solovox R8 presents me in the list repeated channels in the same TP, in one it has no audio and in the other it takes 15 seconds and decodes the audio.

I have a big problem with my Solovox R8 plus sattelite receiver since May 2019.
Acctually, when I turn this device on, the inscription SOLOVOX appears on the TV screen for a second or two, than this inscription dissapears and nothing after shows up on the screen (the screen is blank – sometimes black, sometimes white).
Ever since I can not use my Sololovox sat. receiver.
Please help me to solve this problem.

I tried to fix the problem on my Solovox R8 plus by trying to insert a new firmware with use of flash USB disc, as instructed by one of Solovox officials, but unfortunatelly that didn’t work.
Please is there any other way how to fix the problem which I have with my Solovox R8 (described in my previous message).

Hello Jeronimo, actually you can scan your satellite channel with the method of blind search. If you just can watch the free channels, it is because you have not decryption service such as CCCAM, NEWCAM. If your channels have H, and also have V, then it indicates that your R8 is OK, and it should be the problem of your antenna.
