Use MARS TV or MARS TV PRO on SOLOVOX V9S and V6S
We talked about the use of Android MARS TV the other day. And this article today is how to use the MARS TV or MARS TV PRO on our satellite boxes including SOLOVOX V9S and SOLOVOX V6S.
As before, we take the MARS TV PRO for example to demonstrate the use of the IPTV service on the SOLOVOX V9S and SOLOVOX V6S. Yes, we will talk about the use of both devices. That’s because the used methods are different.
We assume that you have an activation code that can be bought from the SOLOVOX AliExpress store. Please kindly note that the activation code is the premise for the normal use of the MARS TV or MARS TV PRO.
Use the MARS TV PRO on SOLOVOX V9S
- Please go to the NetCenter screen
- Enable the hidden Camds Setup option
- Please go to the Camds Setup menu and enter into the IPTV screen
- Set Type option as MARSTV PRO, if your activation code is for MARS TV, Type option must be MARSTV. Because the MARS TV and MARS TV PRO can’t be mixed
- Please highlight the User Code bar
- Please enter your activation code in the User Code bar, you should need to delete the default data first
- Please Connect your activation code to activate it
- Once you have activated your activation code successfully, you can see the expiration time
- Now back to the NetCenter screen
- Please go to the Network App menu and select the MARSTV PRO app, similarly, if your activation code is for MARS TV, please select the MARSTV app
- Now please enjoy your channels
It is well to be reminded that the activation code of the MARS TV PRO can also activate the MARS TV PRO VOD.
The MARS TV PRO VOD is a free gift for the users who are using the MARS TV PRO, there are lots of movies. We cannot guarantee that we will keep this VOD service forever, but anyway, it is currently a good service.
Use the MARS TV PRO on SOLOVOX V6S
- Please go to the NetCenter screen
- Please go to the Network App menu and select the MARSTV PRO app, similarly, if your activation is for MARS TV, please select the MARSTV app
- You are now in the Account Info screen where you can see the UserName bar
- Please enter your activation code in the UserName bar
- Now please click on the Reload button to activate your activation code
- Once you have activated your activation code successfully, you can enjoy your channels
For all the users who have a SOLOVOX V6S, you can freely use the MARS TV PRO VOD without any need to get an activation code. Of course, similarly, this service could be shut down at any time. But at least for now you’ll have a choice.
As you see, this tutorial applies to the SOLOVOX V9S and V6S, but most of the instructions introduced here should apply to other variants of both devices as well, such as OPENBOX V9S, VONTAR V9S and SMBOX V9S PLUS.

Hello Mslemani, you mean is that your box is now restarted in an infinite loop? And if yes, then you can try to fix your V9S box through the USB.

It’s not an infinite loop, it restarts and work fine until entering to the VOD and press the down bottom, then it restart.
I think that there is a problem with the VOD app.
