Update your SOLOVOX V9 and V9S online
To perform the update on your SOLOVOX V9 or V9S, besides using USB disc, we can also upgrade by network.
Actually, the update manager can automatically find software updates for your SOLOVOX satellite device when they are available. It regularly gathers information on potential updates from our online update servers.
We will be reaching out in a simple way.
Update SOLOVOX V9/V9S by Network
- First please make sure your satellite device has connected to the Internet
- Go to NetCenter menu
- Select Upgrade By Network and make sure you have selected Software in the Upgrade Module section, you can find some information like Status, Model, Current Version, Server Version and Update Info
- Once a new update is available for your device, you will be prompted to confirm it, please select Yes to continue the update
- You can then find the downloading of update is in the works
- You will be guided to the update screen once the downloading is finished, just spend some time waiting for the update to complete

problem 2: your mean that your IPFOX activate code does not work after using new IPFOX software? Whether you use one code on two different device? Such as using on an Android device, and then need to using it on a TV box. One code is only for a device.

Hello everyone, I just purchased a solovox V9S, and it doesn’t let me update in any way possible, either by usb or through forced update by romnew.bin. It gives me error anyway. I have tried different firmwares. and through Red only the current version appears, the server version does not appear to me. In another unit I had no problem. Is there any way to update ????

Si, pero me aparece ” no match archivo”, también con cualquier archivo de firmware, 22.96, 22.99, no reconoce ninguno a excepción de 22.37 de su pagina . Mediante actualización por red tampoco me deja hacer nada.
hola de nuevo, de buenas a primeras la ultima actualizacion me ha aparecido en actualizacion online. la 23.04 ya esta instalada y funcionando. otra pregunta. tengo un openbox v9s que tambien se actualizado a su version 23.03 pero la opcion CW no funciona. es normal? solo es para solovox?. I’m having a problem with my v9s box after the recent update when I have to reboot my box for any reason it loses all data ( e.g : WiFi switches back to wired, Web server switches off and all my mars tv, ipfox and Mars tv x all disappear.) iis anyone else having this problem and can anyone help please.

Hi, just updated my OPENBOX V9S to Version30.37. All data loss, Network keep constantly go back to Wired Connection after power ON. Lost all CCAM lines and TP LIst.
When inserting CCAM the CONNECT tab is not working.
Everytying Lost… wish you guys never realse this Version without being tested first.
Any chance to get the Previous Version back please?
